Archbishop Alexander [Golitzin] was elected Bishop of Toledo and the Bulgarian Diocese in October, 2011. He is the shepherd and overseer of our parish, as well as a member of the Holy Synod of the OCA. You can read more about Archbishop Alexander here.

Fr Arkady Migunov moved to the USA in 2006 as a missionary for Russian speaking people in Florida. He served in Florida for more than 16 years helping with different missions, especially in Annunciation Mission, Diocese of the South, Jacksonville Fl. Archbishop Alexander blessed Fr Arkady to move to the Toledo area to be in charge of St Elizabeth the New Martyr (formerly St George) parish in September 2023. He was born in Tver city, Russia in 1973, graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1996 and later got his master's degree from the Moscow seminary in Troitse Sergieva Lavra. In the beginning of 1999 he was tonsured as a monastic and shortly after that was ordained to the Holy Priesthood. In the summer of 2021 he was elevated to the rank of Igumen.
